We would like to inform our customers outside Europe about an upcoming shipping change.
As of January 1, 2026, Czech Post will no longer allow goods to be sent via registered RR mail. These shipments will be limited strictly to paper documents only. This change mainly affects small, lightweight parcels up to 2 kg that are shipped via standard (non-express) services.
👉 What does this mean for you as a Czechmovie customer? In practice – very little.
We immediately secured an alternative international shipping service that:

costs the same as the former registered mail

delivers parcels in the same way as before

is temporarily not trackable online
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, the process remains unchanged:

we resend the order or issue a refund
According to current information, this situation should last until Q1 2026, when international tracking is expected to be restored. 
Please note that in countries like Canada or Australia, Czech Post tracking numbers have historically never worked reliably – yet over 95% of parcels arrived safely and on time.
