Our dear customers in the USA,
It is very difficult for us to write these words. Truly difficult. After all, you – people from all across America – represent more than 55% of our customers. You are the heart of our business and the reason why our work makes sense. That is why it hurts so much to share this news with you.

As you may know, new import duties have recently been imposed on goods imported from the EU and other countries around the world. Unfortunately, there is enormous confusion around the customs clearance process, and carriers are currently unable to ensure smooth delivery. Standard postal services have even suspended shipments to the USA. Packages that were sent before this suspension are now being held for more than 20 days in U.S. transit facilities. Yes, they will eventually be delivered… but no one knows exactly when.
For this reason, we have had to make the very difficult decision to suspend the STANDARD shipping option (USPS) to the USA with immediate effect. We know this was the more affordable option for many of you, which makes it even harder for us.
The only service that still works reliably is EXPRESS shipping via DHL Express. We are fully aware that EXPRESS is more expensive than STANDARD, but at this moment we simply have no other option. We have contacted every possible carrier and explored every potential solution. In our desperation, we even considered sending shipments once a week from Poland or Slovakia — but sadly, the situation there is exactly the same.
🙏 We kindly ask for your patience with the packages that are already on their way. For new orders, please use the EXPRESS service.
From customer feedback, we already know how the customs charges are typically applied:

$20 USD is always a fixed processing fee

in addition, there is usually 15% of the goods’ value (excluding shipping costs)
While no one is happy about these extra charges, at least we can be certain that packages shipped with EXPRESS are being delivered.
Please note that this complication only affects shipments to the USA. For our customers in all other countries, deliveries continue to operate normally.
