Yes, we know… Over the past weeks we’ve sent you quite a few updates.
First about the new U.S. customs duties, then about shipping delays, then about the suspension of postal services from Europe to the USA, and finally that only the more expensive EXPRESS service was available.
We also know that many of you who were not affected by these issues received our emails too – and we promise, this should be the last mass email for a while.
And now, at last, some good news 🎉
USPS is working again! Packages that have been stuck in U.S. transit facilities since the end of August are finally moving and being delivered. From customer feedback, we know that something changed at U.S. facilities last Friday, and shipments are once again being processed.
This means only one thing:
👉 We are back with the most affordable delivery option for smaller packages – USPS Standard Shipping!

⏱️ best for urgent or heavy deliveries
And since in just one month the main Christmas ordering season begins, we are overjoyed that the situation is finally turning around. We truly hope this improvement will last – at least through Christmas – because we know how much you love giving our Czech films and sweets as gifts for your loved ones.
