As every year, we will be taking a short summer break at CzechMovie. From July 1 to July 27, our e-shop will operate in a limited mode.
We wanted to let you know in advance and at the same time sincerely thank you for your support, your trust, and every order you place with us throughout the year. It truly means a lot to us.
What this means for you
During this period:
- we will not be shipping parcels
- we will reply only in a very limited way
- some messages and requests will be handled only after we return
If you would like your order to be shipped before the closure, please plan it in time. The last parcels will be shipped on June 30.
Why we close for a short time
Many of you already know that CzechMovie is a very small business run by just two people. Throughout the year, we do our best to keep you satisfied, reply as quickly as possible, and give proper attention to every order, often despite major time differences between countries.
At the same time, we are also a family with two children who have summer holidays, and we want to devote this time to them as well. Just as importantly, this period gives us the rare opportunity to slow down and think about what to improve, what to do differently, and how to move CzechMovie forward.
So this summer closure is not only a pause for us. It is also a time for planning, innovation, and new projects.
We would love to hear your ideas
That is also why we would like to encourage you to write to us if there is anything you would like us to improve, change, or do differently.

Is there something missing in our offer, services, or communication?
Is there anything you think we should change in the future?
We would be very grateful for your suggestions. Even if we are not able to respond as quickly as usual during the closure, your feedback is truly valuable to us and helps us think about how CzechMovie can continue to grow.
Please be patient with us
We would also kindly ask for your understanding and patience when it comes to different requests. During the closure, our capacity will remain very limited, which means that some matters unfortunately cannot be solved immediately.
