Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our EU warehouse (Ostrava, Czech Republic). Most of the parcels are tracked. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and the total weight of your order—prices below are “from” and increase with weight tiers.

Order processing

Orders placed by 06:00 CET usually ship the same day or within 2 business days.
Tracking details are emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.

Duties & taxes

EU customers: VAT is included where applicable.
Non-EU customers (incl. UK/US/CA/CH/NO): Local duties/taxes are not included and may be collected by the carrier upon import.

Address, PO Boxes & delivery attempts

We don’t ship to APO/FPO. PO Boxes may be limited to postal/registered methods.
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct; redelivery or address changes after dispatch may incur a carrier fee.

Lost or damaged parcels

Most of the shipments are tracked. If your parcel seems delayed or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery attempt so we can open a trace with the carrier.

Returns (summary)

You may return items within 30 days in original condition. International return postage is paid by the customer. Full details are on our Returns page.

How shipping prices are calculated

At checkout we show the lowest available price for your country/region; the amount increases with parcel weight brackets (e.g., 0–0.25 kg, 0.25–0.5 kg, 0.5–1 kg, etc.). Combining multiple items in one order is usually more economical than separate shipments.
