He claims that only the worst is good enough for him. His best friend is a bottle of cheap liquor. Or rather two. He pays off the bloody debts of the past with money, needing a lot and preferably right away, which is why he takes on the dirtiest jobs. The new assignment surprisingly seems simpler than many previous ones, but appearances can be deceiving. The chess game is more complicated than it initially appears. It’s not just two players; the opponents are increasing, the world is approaching a breaking point, reality is changing, people are dying. Bakly fights through the bloody chaos and shows no mercy to anyone, not even to himself. However, amidst the intrigues, killings, and suffering, friendships and loves are born that are worth living... and dying for.
