The workbook is designed for practicing and reviewing the curriculum of the 3rd grade, for example during the summer holidays. The practice workbook will help your child refresh their knowledge of the Czech language, mathematics, English, and general studies in a fun way. They will review voiced and voiceless consonants, hard and soft consonants, listed words, parts of speech, grammatical categories, and correct erroneous texts. In the math tasks, they will verify their knowledge of calculations up to 1000, parentheses and priorities, as well as addition pyramids. The puzzles from general studies focus on orientation in the landscape, types of crops, states of matter, the universe, or even professions. Children will also review English vocabulary related to numbers, colors, the human body, animals, and family members. By solving various word searches, four-way searches, crosswords, riddles, anagrams, mazes, and other interesting tasks, children will not only have fun and reinforce their existing knowledge but also gain a wealth of new insights about the Czech Republic.
