Important notice for USA customers!

Dear Customers,

As of August 29, 2025, a new law regarding customs clearance of goods shipped to the USA will come into effect.
This change will affect all shipments we send from the Czech Republic.

At this moment, unfortunately, there are no clear instructions on how the delivery process should proceed. The situation is particularly complicated because:

  • USPS (the most frequently used service by our customers in the USA) has not yet provided the Czech Post with the necessary instructions.
    → As a result, the Czech Post is currently unable to accept shipments to the USA.
    → The only exception applies to gifts up to the value of 100 USD, which can still be sent via USPS.
    → Customs duties are paid by the end customer. The maximum rate is 15% of the goods’ value (shipping costs are not included in the duty). However, the exact procedure for collecting duties is not yet known.

  • Express carriers continue to allow international shipping, but it is still unclear how complex and time-consuming the customs clearance will be.

We are fully aware that this situation is inconvenient for you. Unfortunately, this is a global issue, not something that affects only our company.
