Christmas is fast approaching, bringing with it a time of calm, slowing down, and moments spent with our loved ones. We would therefore like to inform you in advance about how order shipping will work during the Christmas holidays.
📦 Orders will be shipped as usual until December 23 (inclusive).
From December 24 to January 5, shipping will take place with delays.
The reason is simple and honest – it’s Christmas. Just like you, we would also like to spend these days with our families. Czechmovie is still a small family-run business. At the same time, many of our suppliers carry out inventory checks during this period, operate on a limited schedule, or are completely closed, which means they are unable to deliver products to us as usual. Because of this, we unfortunately won’t be able to ship orders immediately as you are used to during the rest of the year.
We will do our best between the holidays – there will likely be one or two days when we dispatch parcels – but we don’t want to promise anything in advance and prefer to be completely transparent with you.
Thank you for your support in a year that was not easy for us.
The year 2025 was truly turbulent – changes in shipping to the USA, new packaging fees within the EU, endless administration, and constant process adjustments. We honestly admit there were moments when we questioned whether continuing with Czechmovie still made sense.
But you were still there – maybe not in such large numbers as before, but you were there. You kept ordering, writing to us, supporting us, and trusting us. And thanks to that, we are still here. ❤️
