Description
Witches' Hammer / Kladivo na carodejnice Blu-Ray (Limited quantity – foreign import)
Synopsis
Witchhammer is a stark historical drama inspired by real witch trials that took place in 17th-century Moravia. What begins as a minor accusation in a small village soon spirals into a relentless wave of interrogations, torture, and executions led by ruthless inquisitors. As fear spreads and reason collapses, the machinery of power feeds on suspicion and personal gain. More than a period story, the film stands as a chilling reflection on how easily justice can be twisted and how terror can become a tool of control. With its austere visuals and haunting atmosphere, the film delivers a powerful meditation on fanaticism, manipulation, and the destructive force of unchecked authority.
