Description
It is the year 1477, and disturbing news spreads through the Kingdom of Hungary and the Ottoman Empire. - Vlad III. Dracula has not died. Instead of a cold grave, he lingers among the living and, as a vampire, drinks the blood of the men who participated in his murder. When rumors of Dracula's resurrection reach the ears of the Ottoman Sultan, Mehmed II decides to send a six-member group to Transylvania. A trio of janissaries accompanies Mehmed's envoy Mustafa, the concubine Shirin, and Mara, who shares a romantic bond with Dracula. Mehmed suspects that with Dracula's power, he could gain even greater power. The Hungarian King Matthias has his own plans as well. But Dracula was not only surrounded by enemies in his lifetime, and so Wallachia, Moldavia, and Transylvania become a battlefield. Some desire power, some seek freedom, and some just wish to meet an old friend. And what if Dracula was not created by the Devil, but by God?
