Vitana Czech Rice Dumplings / Knedliky s burizony

Bring a classic Czech side dish to your kitchen with Vitana Knedlíky s burizony. This convenient dry mix helps you make soft, fluffy rice dumplings with a light texture and great shape, thanks to the added puffed rice. Just add water, form the rolls, and boil-then serve sliced dumplings with roast meats, guláš, or rich sauces for an authentic Central European meal at home.
Preparation Instructions:
Pour the contents of the bag (400 g) into a bowl and add 200–250 ml of cold water.
Mix into a smooth dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
On a floured surface, shape the dough into two rolls about 12 cm long.
Boil in water for 20 minutes.
Slice into 20 pieces and serve.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Puffed rice (3.9%), Skimmed milk powder, Edible salt, Leavening agents (E450, E500), Dried eggs, Coloring riboflavin.
