Synopsis
In Stanley Kubrick’s adaptation of Stephen King’s horror novel, Jack Torrance accepts a job as the winter caretaker of a remote mountain hotel. He arrives with his wife Wendy and their son Danny, who has paranormal abilities, intending to remain there until spring. The hotel’s dark past gradually affects Jack and drives him toward madness.
