Leros Nursing Tea is a gentle herbal infusion created to support breastfeeding mothers. This well-balanced blend with gallega (goat’s rue), fennel, caraway and lemon balm is traditionally used to help promote milk production while also supporting comfortable digestion. A soothing cup that encourages hydration during breastfeeding and fits easily into your daily routine.
Preparation Instructions:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag.
Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
Enjoy warm.
Ingredients: Goat’s rue herb (25%), Caraway fruit (15%), Fennel fruit (15%), Lemon balm herb (15%), Goldenrod herb (15%), Wild pansy herb (10%), Plantain leaf (5%).
