A mild herbal tea blend created to support children’s respiratory comfort and overall wellbeing, especially during the colder months. It combines soothing botanicals such as linden blossom and mullein with blackcurrant, plus echinacea and rose hips to help support the body’s natural defenses. A gentle, comforting cup for everyday seasonal care.
Preparation Instructions:
Children 6 months–3 years: 1–2 cups daily.
Children 3+ years: 2–3 cups daily.
Adults: 3–5 cups daily.
Brew 1 tea bag in 250 ml of boiling water for 5–10 minutes.
Always prepare fresh.
If sweetened, limit sugar to 5 g per 100 ml and use a cup (not a bottle) for infants to help reduce the risk of tooth decay.
Ingredients: Rosehip fruit (56%), linden flower (23%), blackcurrant fruit (10%), rooibos (5%), mullein flower (5%), echinacea root (1%).
