Cute romance

Two young royals are betrothed since childhood by the 3 Fates. They never got along as children and on the intended day, they want to get out of it.

It's a fairy tale yet it has time-travel (generally considered sci-fi, but it feels natural here), mixed identity, alternative journeys, and the bad guy who doesn't have to be, but the end is the same. Through lots of adventure, will the likeable leads get along and like each other?

I like that the heroine is allowed to not be the cleverest woman on the planet for a change, it new and makes it funnier. It's also surprising any of the hero's ideas work out.

I couldn't get over the alternative destiny for the two leads where they fell in love at first sight and went off to her castle. It was strangely entirely believable, yet very funny, but hearing this version of events left our heroes bewildered.

So cute. I'm grateful for the subtitles as ever. Thanks to all involved!
