Loose herbal tea blend crafted to support normal respiratory function and overall immunity-ideal for cold, damp days. The mix combines marshmallow root, mallow flower, thyme, peppermint, and Iceland moss. Thyme and marshmallow traditionally help maintain comfortable breathing, mallow supports the throat and airways, Iceland moss contributes antioxidant properties, and peppermint complements the blend with a refreshing taste while supporting natural defenses.
Preparation Instructions:
Add 2 teaspoons to 250 ml of boiling water and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
Drink 1–3 cups per day.
Children aged 6+ may drink 1 cup per day.
Ingredients: Thyme herb (20%), marshmallow root (30%), mallow flower (30%), peppermint herb (10%), and Iceland moss (10%).
