Create silky, vanilla-flavoured golden cream for desserts, fillings and sweet sauces with this classic pudding-style mix. Ideal for layering cakes, filling větrníky and éclairs, or pairing with flavours like chocolate, coffee or almonds for a richer twist. A simple way to add a smooth, elegant finish to everyday baking.
Preparation Instructions:
1. Dissolve the powder in 100 ml of milk.
2. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the remaining milk and bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
3. Slowly pour the prepared mixture into the boiling milk while stirring constantly, then cook for 1–2 minutes.
Ingredients: Cornstarch, Flavoring, Coloring (carotene, riboflavin).
Contains allergen: May contain traces of wheat flour, oat flakes, milk, eggs, and tree nuts.
Storage: Store in a dry place.
