Prepare crystal-clear, firmly set egg aspics and savory jellies with this finely milled pork gelatine. It dissolves quickly for reliable, consistent results-ideal for traditional vaječná tlačenka (aspik), aspic terrines, and elegant cold appetizers where you want a neat, stable slice and a clean finish.

Preparation Instructions:
For Egg Aspics:
Mix the sachet contents with 3–4 tablespoons of cold water or broth.
Let it stand and swell for about 10 minutes.
Warm gently while stirring until completely dissolved (do not boil).
Stir in immediately to your aspic mixture and continue according to your recipe.

For Aspics and Jellies:
Mix the sachet contents with 0.5 liters of cold water or broth.
Let it swell for about 10 minutes.
Warm gently while stirring until fully dissolved (do not boil).
Allow to cool slightly, then use as directed in your recipe.

Tip:
For extra flavor, use warm broth infused with onion, bay leaves, allspice, and pepper. Season with vinegar, salt, and a little sugar to taste, then dissolve the gelatine in the broth.
