Synopsis
Five months after D-Day, many American soldiers believe the German army is close to defeat. Germany responds with a final, fierce offensive in the Ardennes, seeking time until its new aircraft are ready. Directed by Ken Annakin, this large-scale Second World War drama combines the action of a major military confrontation with the resourcefulness of weary American soldiers trying to survive the harsh European winter.
