Amici d’Italia A new Italian course for adults and youth will take students to an intermediate level B1 according to the CEFR for languages. The course develops all language skills, and the textbook contains a large number of exercises and activities for practicing vocabulary, grammar, and conversation. After every three lessons, there is always a two-page spread in the textbook dedicated to summarizing, verifying knowledge, and tracking progress. The section dedicated to the realities of Italy is enriched with video featuring authentic presentations, scenes from films, advertisements, news reports, documentaries, etc., as well as knowledge games from the fields of history and geography. The workbook contains additional exercises for practice and listening activities on an audio CD. The teacher's manual includes methodological guidelines for working with the textbook, transcripts of listening texts, extra exercises, and solutions to all exercises in both the textbook and the workbook. The course is accompanied by a wealth of listening activities on CD. The digital version of the book offers a multimedia version of the textbook with interactive exercises, audio, and video recordings presented in the textbook for use on an interactive whiteboard or computer.
