"There are a lot of cookbooks on the market, but this one brings recipes tested over a quarter of a century that I have dedicated to gastronomy. Over these twenty-five years, I have met many great people during presentations, courses, and internships, from whom I have learned a lot. I am happy to share many of these insights and experiences. I have selected recipes that can be easily prepared at home with readily available ingredients. This cookbook means not only the opportunity to share my favorite recipes but also to thank everyone who has walked the gastronomic path with me for at least some time. I have been very fortunate to have experts who inspired me and deepened my love for the craft. I am very grateful to Bidfood, which has provided and continues to provide me with great support. Almost every day, something new and inspiring happens, which I greatly appreciate because my work at the Bidfood Gastro Studio is precisely what makes it exceptional.
