Judikatura práva rodiny (třetí doplněk) – Kovářová Daniela (2025)

The book edition of a collection of essential current decisions of Czech courts focused on family law, as noted by the project's initiator and president of the Union of Family Lawyers, Daniela Kovářová, practically does not exist in our regions – the only available publication is decades old and only touches on parent-child relationships.

The publication "Family Law Jurisprudence – Third Supplement" builds on previous publications in the editorial series and includes sections titled Parenthood, Fatherhood and Motherhood, Children's Participation Rights, Alimony, Procedural Issues, Joint Property of Spouses, Contact Arrangements, Property Issues in Family Law, Administrative and Criminal Issues in Family Law. It thus transcends the boundaries of the family law field itself and provides a wide range of answers.

Each included decision from the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Administrative Court is marked with a registration number and a popular title, containing precise information about the source with the date of issue and case number.

The book contains around seventy decisions, equipped with sets of legal principles and fundamental arguments, along with brief case descriptions. It also provides detailed information about the organization, goals, and opportunities of the Union for interested parties...
