The book edition of a collection of essential current decisions of Czech courts focused on family law, as noted by the project's initiator and president of the Union of Family Lawyers, Daniela Kovářová, practically does not exist in our country – the only available publication is decades old and only touches on the relationships between parents and children. The publication 'Jurisprudence of Family Law – Second Supplement' follows the first and second publications in the series and includes sections titled Parenthood, Fatherhood and Motherhood, Children's Participation Rights, Alimony, Procedural Issues, Joint Property of Spouses, Regulation of Contact, Property Issues in Family Law, and Domestic Violence. It thus transcends the boundaries of family law itself and provides a wide range of answers.
