Their aim is to expand the ideas that emerge at conferences, symposia, round tables, and other in-person events of the Permanent Conference of Czech Law, also beyond the naturally (especially due to capacity reasons) limited circle of participants with whom we can realistically meet at these events. The principle of the SKČP Scripts editorial series is to document the course of individual events, preserve the authentic character of the presentations, and only with the necessary degree of editorial intervention, present the contributions of those who actively participate in the events as speakers, co-speakers, discussion starters, or discussants in an unaltered manner and as fully as possible.
