PhDr. Václav Budinský, the author of the book, worked for over ten years on the project Words and Images of Positive Energy. By combining seventy-seven words and images, the Book of Positive Energy was created, which has demonstrably positive effects on mental health. It was tested with more than eight hundred respondents with over ninety percent effectiveness. It was published in two editions: the first in seven languages, and the second, as the first book in the world, in all languages of the European Union. The images of positive energy have already been presented separately at four exhibitions. And now a book is being released that contains only words of positive energy. The images are replaced by texts that were inspired by the individual words.
