The book presents a collection of many commandments that were created at the company Baťa between the years 1920 and 1940. These are commandments that were published in period Baťa press or in internal company documents. The collection was created through several years of studying archival documents from the Baťa company, but certainly not all commandments that the company used and published were discovered. Some, although discovered, are not included here because they relate to manufacturing activities that have already ceased, and would not be useful or entertaining for today's reader. It is important to mention that no collection of commandments has ever been published comprehensively. For better clarity, we have divided them into five categories - you will find commandments belonging to the group of personal development or health care, as well as those focused on family and relationship topics, work-related ones, and those that aimed to improve business and sales activities.
