The book presents a collection of commandments that were created at the Baťa company between the years 1920 and 1940. These are commandments that were published in period Baťa press or in internal company documents. The collection was created through several years of studying archival documents from the Baťa company, but certainly not all commandments that the company used and published were discovered. Some, although discovered, are not included in the book because they relate to manufacturing activities that have already ceased. It is important to mention that no collection of commandments has ever been published together, and for better clarity, they are divided into five categories - you will find commandments belonging to the group of personal development or health care, as well as those focusing on family and relationship topics, work-related ones, and those that aimed to improve business and sales activities. Many commandments can still be useful to readers today.
