A new book about TATRA 815 is hitting the book market. Did you know that the TATRA 815 had superstructures for laying railway tracks, building bridges, or handling scrap metal? All this and much more will be covered in the new book titled: 'TATRA 815 - Legend on Posters and in Brochures, 1983-2024', authored by journalist Martin Kupec. The book will feature brochures and posters of the original T 815 from his collections and those of his fellow collectors, gradually modernized versions such as T 815-2, TERRN°1, TERRA, or variants like T 815-6 or JAMAL, up to T 815-7 FORCE. It will also include posters and brochures for Paris Dakar, Tatra expeditions around the world, and especially various manufactured superstructures from other manufacturers, both existing and those that have already disappeared. The development of advertising will be supplemented with technical data, export information, and other interesting facts. In the introductory pages, a total of 17 chapters will also feature additional drawings of vehicles by artist Ing. arch. Jan Hlavín. The expert advisor is Ing. Milan Olšanský, a collaborator of TATRA TRUCKS, a.s. The book was created with the support and in cooperation with TATRA TRUCKS a.s., the CSG a.s. group, the Moravian-Silesian Region, and other partners.
