The fourth book from nutritionist Cecílie Jílková, who has previously won her battle with overweight and now advises others on how to lose weight healthily and sustainably with delicious recipes. The book is divided into four parts for four types of eaters: women, men, children, and grandparents. "Women need to eat something different than men because they have a different metabolism and different preferences," says the author. "With children, it’s even more complicated because they are not interested in healthy food and love to snack. Moreover, they are in development, so they have specific nutritional needs. Grandparents, on the other hand, prefer simple and affordable meals. Often, they neglect themselves and suffer from nutritional deficiencies." The book contains fifteen recipes for each group of eaters, taking into account their specific needs and tastes. "You can eat all the meals from the book, regardless of which group you belong to. The whole family can thus eat together. Bon appétit!" adds Cecílie.
