Fifty-two chefs from the best Czech and Moravian restaurants present their recipes for renowned world cuisines in complete three-course menus. And that's not all; in the chefs' biographies, we learn which world cuisine inspires them the most in their work and much more. Alongside traditional Czech recipes, categorized into Central European cuisine, we find recipes with procedures from French, Mediterranean, Scandinavian, Middle Eastern, Asian, Creole, and American steakhouse cuisines. For each dish, experienced chefs have prepared detailed recipes with all the necessary ingredients. The chefs also cooked their dishes for readers in their own kitchens and served them for inspiration regarding the final presentation. We have faithfully captured everything in full-page photographs next to the recipes. The uniqueness of the book is highlighted by the wine pairings of renowned enologist Hynek Vich, who personally selected the ideal wine to match the recipes and flavors. He took into account both the final taste of the dish and the costs of individual ingredients. Another condition for the wine pairings was the availability of the selected wines.
