This publication is a current reprint of the 13th volume from the popular series Chřiby: Mysterious and Mythical. As the title suggests, it is a selection of legends from a total of 16 authors from the Chřiby region, curated and commented on by Dr. Jiří Jilík, with beautiful photographs by Bořek Žižlavský. Among the well-known or now somewhat forgotten authors, one can find Bedřich Beneš Buchlovan, František Pluskal Moravičanský, Jindřich Spáčil, Jan Jetelina, Antonín Krybus, and František Přikryl. Short biographies of the individual authors are also included. The A5-sized book has a total of 96 full-color pages and a paperback binding.
