Beschreibung
Where Islam Comes From is a study by Italian priest P. Curzio Nitoglia on the origins of this religion. It is based on the scientific four-volume work of French Dominican theologian and renowned historian P. Théry. According to him, Islam originates directly from post-Christian Judaism. He also claims that neither Allah nor the archangel Gabriel were the ones who inspired the prophet Muhammad; according to his research, it was a rabbi from Mecca. These theses may sound incredible or even provocative to some. Priest P.C. Nitoglia has supplemented them with a number of statements and positions from experts that are still completely unknown to the public. A brief study by German Master of Theology Johannes Rothkranz, Wer steuert den Islam?, Durach 1998, Verlag Anton A. Schmid (in Czech translation Kdo skutečně řídí islám?), is also a very suitable complement for understanding P.C. Nitoglia's book.
