123. Projektování a dokumentace elektrických instalací podle nové legislativy – Dvořáček Karel (2025)

This guide provides an overview of the project preparation for electrical installations in buildings, as well as standalone technological works, detailing who can prepare projects and for which phase of the work. This area of construction is subject to legislative regulations from multiple fields: it primarily concerns legislative regulations for buildings and safety. For these fields, it involves the Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll. (the so-called new Building Act) and particularly the related Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on building documentation, as well as Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the practice of authorized architects and the practice of authorized engineers and technicians in construction (the authorization act). From the perspective of occupational safety, it primarily concerns Act No. 250/2021 Coll., on occupational safety in connection with the operation of reserved technical devices and on the amendment of related laws, along with the related Government Regulation No. 190/2022 Coll., on reserved technical electrical devices and the requirements for ensuring their safety, and Decree No. 123/2022 Coll., on safety and health protection at work and the safety of the operation of reserved electrical devices during mining activities, activities carried out in a mining manner, and when handling explosives.
