Chemie 1 - Obecná a anorganická chemie – Čapek Adamec Martin (2025)

The textbook represents the first part of a two-volume series of chemistry textbooks for four-year high schools. It is based on the latest findings in scientific fields, placing them in the context of everyday life. It is developed in accordance with the framework educational program for high schools.

The textbook is intended for student work under the guidance of a teacher.

At the beginning of each chapter, there is a motivational text and an overview of the skills that the study of the chapter aims to develop.

The main text also includes solved examples. In the column next to the main text, there are thought-provoking tasks designed to support critical thinking. They are meant to serve as a stimulus for group discussion and to enhance students' digital competencies in searching for and analyzing information from various sources, as well as in presenting results.

At the end of each chapter, there is a summary of the material covered, key terms that help students check their understanding of the chapter's content, and exercises for practicing the material.
