Heavenly Baking' is my second dream book, representing what I love most ¦ sweets. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, we can probably all agree on one thing. We all love the feeling when it just works out. That the time spent in the kitchen was not wasted and that the ingredients, effort, and everything around it did not go to waste. Therefore, my biggest challenge is to ensure that every recipe is one that you will succeed with, and my heartfelt wish is for you to joyfully turn to the next one. I also sincerely hope that this book becomes part of your free moments when you have the time, comfort, and desire to sweetly relax. I have divided the book into three main chapters. In the first chapter ¦ Simple Heavenly Baking ¦ I will show you that anyone can start baking. It includes simple desserts, worldwide favorites, and beloved Czech classics. The second chapter ¦ Duels ¦ contains a set of visually similar pastries that I have set up in an imaginary duel against each other, and it is up to you to decide who the winner is. Are you in the mood for French classics, for macarons? Or would you prefer a quick version of kisses? It's up to you! The third chapter ¦ Cakes ¦ reveals the secrets of everything a pastry enthusiast should know about high sponge cakes and desserts.
