The set of 18 worksheets is designed for working with students who have a different native language in the first stage of elementary school. It serves primarily to develop vocabulary in the field of mathematics—both arithmetic and geometry. Students will familiarize themselves with basic concepts while working with the worksheets, improving their language skills and logical thinking. Through working with the manual, not only communication skills are developed, but also other abilities, particularly personal and social skills. Children will train their memory, as well as attention and concentration, or fine motor skills. Space is also dedicated to interdisciplinary relationships. Although the worksheets are primarily intended for students with a different native language (OMJ), they can also be used for other students, especially those with special educational needs. The presented materials are suitable for both individual and group work. The foundation of the worksheets consists of interestingly processed black-and-white illustrations, for which several simple tasks for students are prepared. All assignments can be supplemented and elaborated upon as needed and according to the individual capabilities of the student.
