This book titled "The Voice of the Czech Christian from the German Concentration Camp" is part of a collection of speeches by the Catholic priest, interwar politician, and great Czech patriot Msgre. ThDr. h. c. Bohumil Stašek, published in 1946. It is a document containing his speeches from the time before, during, and after World War II. For technical and practical reasons, I decided to divide the book into two parts for the second edition, with this part containing Stašek's speech for which the German occupiers had him imprisoned in the Dachau concentration camp, where he went blind in one eye but survived and returned to Czechoslovakia. It also includes his speeches delivered publicly in the German concentration camp for fellow prisoners. In this work, he emphasizes Czech patriotism and its connection to the Christian faith: "Christian faith and patriotism are sisters, whose common father is the Son of God Himself! He, our Savior, did not weep when he was whipped, did not weep when he was crowned with thorns, did not weep when he carried the heavy cross, nor when he was crucified, but he wept when he remembered the destruction of the capital city of his homeland and the terrible end of his nation, because it refused to become a Christian nation.
