Billy Silver is a scoundrel and a junkie who desperately needs money to buy another hit. His girlfriend is also on his tail – she needs to shoot up even more. But debts take their toll, and everything collapses into a heap. Billy loses his girl, a dealer is after him, and to top it all off, he's kicked out of the band, which was the only joy he had in his miserable life. Fortunately, he stumbles upon an interesting offer – he can get tattooed for money. But this tattoo parlor is not ordinary. And Talia is not an ordinary tattoo artist. Billy gets a tattoo that he must redeem with blood.
