NČ-ČN velký slovník ...nejen pro překladatele (2014)

The third, expanded edition of the large German-Czech and Czech-German dictionary. It is a completely original work that aims to capture contemporary written and spoken language as accurately as possible. Despite its general focus, it also includes terminology from the fields of economics, law, science, and technology. Currently, it is the only continuously updated translation dictionary of this scope. Since we know how quickly vocabulary changes and enriches in today's world, we consider it essential to constantly supplement and update the content of our dictionary to provide users with the most current and practical vocabulary in both Czech and German. Our goal is for you to find in the dictionary primarily entries, meanings, expressions, phrases, and idioms that are actually used today, yet often do not appear in other contemporary dictionaries. In working on the German part of the dictionary, we relied on the latest German explanatory dictionaries from reputable publishers such as Duden, Langenscheidt, Bertelsmann, Pons, as well as a range of specialized idiomatic and phraseological dictionaries, technical dictionaries, and, last but not least, our own corpus sources and the internet.
