At the Červená Lhota castle, the castle steward Pivoňka and his greedy cat Matylda are doing well. The former ballet master guides visitors around the castle and lives peacefully with the local ghosts. Their coexistence is extremely harmonious, and they help each other. Unfortunately, this is only until the arrival of emeritus educators on a trip. They are led by mathematician Bušta, who is displeased when he sees inexplicable things during the tour. His protests lead to a battle with the ghosts and a subsequent letter to the ministry. An official, Josef Kroupa, sets out to intervene and eliminate the ghosts once and for all. The situation does not look good until former nanny Kristýna convinces the stubborn official that some laws and orders can be circumvented... In the second part, we follow Josef Kroupa's coexistence with beautiful Kristýna in Prague. The charming ghost misses Lhota and her friends. She invites them for a visit, they experience a joint visit to the National Theatre, and then plan the first human-soul wedding to take place in South Bohemia. However, the journey of the beautiful bride does not go without incident; fortunately, she is a fighter and never gives up.
