The story of the Brotherhood of the Rose, a tale told for centuries, has become a legend and a legend has turned into a fairy tale over the ages. However, those who lived or told it forged the keys to it: Czech king and Roman emperor Charles IV and his son King Wenceslas IV, the canon of St. Vitus Kosmas, poets Chrétien de Troyes and Wolfram von Eschenbach, architects Matthias of Arras and Peter Parler of Gmünd, Master Theodorik, Alois Jirásek, and nameless singers and poets. All of them scattered their keys to the legend far and wide and deep. For centuries, people looked for the keys, and the legend transformed into a fairy tale because those deeply buried keys were missing. And then came people who brought the keys from the depths back to the light. The legend of the Brotherhood of the Rose lives on – and you come and listen to the tales from ancient times... We will visit Prague during the time of the Father of the Fatherland. His son, Wenceslas IV, is fifteen years old. Peter Parler is building the Stone Bridge and St. Vitus Cathedral and passing on his mastery to eager apprentices, including the young prince. We will witness an exciting search for the source of the mysterious glow over the Castle, the romantic love of baker Matěj and the mintmaster's daughter Dorotka, we will encounter a headless Templar several times, participate in a knightly tournament, and uncover...
