Beschreibung
The manual allows the reader to apply theoretical knowledge from private international law to practical situations. The collection contains seven examples based on national regulations, EU regulations (e.g., Brussels I, Rome I), and international conventions. These examples are addressed by arbitration courts. The examples have a uniform structure: after the exposition (description of the factual situation), there are questions to be answered and their solutions, including the procedure and sources on which the solutions are based. The authorial collective consists of educators from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. The book is intended for law school students.
