Apetit magazine introduces another series of cookbooks - the Seasonal Recipes edition, responding to the boom of farmers' markets and reflecting the trend of cooking with local and seasonal ingredients. In the first of four planned cookbooks - SPRING - you will find recipes for every day in March, April, and May. Seasonal vegetables such as baby spinach, asparagus, crunchy salads, and wild plants will take center stage... Dishes with lamb, fish, or eggs, as well as desserts with rhubarb or strawberries, will also be included. The cookbook has 160 pages and contains more than 100 recipes - tested in the editorial kitchen of Apetit magazine and refined to perfection. In addition to recipes, the book includes tips for growing vegetables and fruits, proverbs, dishes related to various holidays and significant days (e.g., spinach soup for Green Thursday, nettle stuffing for Easter, etc.), overviews of seasonal ingredients, market shopping tips, etc. According to the author of the Seasonal Recipes edition, Stáňa Moravcová ml., it will be a 'modern folk calendar with super recipes.'
