Last year, the magazine Apetit launched a new series of cookbooks focused on international cuisines. After the cookbook dedicated to Italian and French cuisine, it comes with a book dedicated to Asian cuisine. Look forward to a fireworks display of flavors, colors, and aromas! "We looked under the nimble fingers of sushi masters and over the shoulders of chefs from the best Vietnamese bistros. We sought exotic fruits and peculiar herbs, mixed our own curry paste, pickled kimchi, wrapped spring rolls, and never set down our chopsticks for a moment...," says Apetit's editor-in-chief, Marie Holobrádková. The book is divided into seven chapters. Each chapter begins with a service double-page spread, where you will learn how and where to shop for and use exotic ingredients (from herbs to various seasonings).
