The presented textbook introduces the basics of administrative law for students of secondary and higher vocational schools, as well as for other interested parties from the general public. It discusses the concept of administrative law, its sources, subjects, and relationships in a clear and understandable manner. It further addresses public administration, its tasks, functions, and organization. The following sections clarify the activities of public administration, the various forms of public administration activities, and describe the control and legal guarantees in public administration. A separate chapter is dedicated to administrative penalties, including an explanation of administrative offenses.
