Beschreibung
In Krishnananda (real name Thomas Trobe), a Harvard psychiatrist and student of Master Osho, has been working as a therapist and leading seminars focused on relationships for 29 years. He has written three books about his work and experiences: Face to Face with Fear, Stepping Out of Fear, and From Fantasy Trust to Real Trust. The books have been translated into six languages. The title Awakening Vulnerability is his first book published in Czech. The path he teaches is simple. He teaches us to rediscover and heal the deepest wounds of our soul through acceptance, understanding, and compassion, as love is an art that must be learned. Why do we not receive the love we need? Where does all this distrust and fear come from? Behind much of the fear, anxiety, panic, terror of abandonment or rejection, or feelings of utter loneliness lies our abandoned inner child. By accepting and healing it, our lives can become joyful and full of love. When we open ourselves to our wounds and begin to heal them, we can transform our relationship with ourselves and others from dependency to mature love. This book is intended for all who long to experience love. It is easy to read and full of examples from the authors' personal lives that help us realize that we are all in this together...
