The book "No Going to School!" introduces children to significant days for the Czech Republic through stories and fairy tales. Through Péťa, Terezka, and their family, children will become familiar with our national holidays. Everything concludes with the Christmas season, which, although not classified as a national holiday, is a very important time for Czech families. Information is presented to children in an entertaining way through dialogues between adults and children. Events are not explained in excessive detail but open the floor for further discussion. The goal of this book is primarily to entertain children while also educating them and sparking their desire for further knowledge. It is based on the feelings and relationships within a family where children come first. The book is intended for children and adults who find time for each other to spend a few pleasant moments together.
