Beschreibung
The publication presents selected aspects of the external economic relations of Central European countries (specifically Germany and Czechoslovakia), both in terms of the role of these states' external relations and specifically in relations with other states, both developed and peripheral, outside the studied region (e.g., the USA, the USSR, or conversely, Portugal). One of the main aims of the publication is to highlight how significant events, such as the Great Depression or World War II, were reflected in these relations. Another goal is to capture the impacts of states' engagement in external economic relations and the structure of foreign trade of the affected countries.
