Who invented watches, and how long does now last? The book explores how our perception of time changes, what feels long or short, what we want to accomplish and what we spend most of our lives doing. It considers what time means to a shark, a mayfly or the Earth, and reflects on awareness, which always happens now, and on how not to waste the universe. The contents are in Czech. The book was nominated for Czech Grand Design, the Magnesia Litera award and the Most Beautiful Czech Books competition, and received the Children’s Heart Book award and the Golden Ribbon in the nonfiction category for children and young people.
